SACarAccessories Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SACarAccessories! We appreciate your business. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or receiving a refund on any products you purchase from us.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items, or from the day a designated third-party takes possession of your order, for any reason.

To cancel your order, simply notify us by email at [email address removed] or by phone at 03001860033. We’ll process your cancellation request and provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. We’ll use the same payment method you used for your purchase, and you won’t be charged any fees for the return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure the following:

  • The items were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The items are returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, or because they are custom-made. These non-returnable items include:

  • Items made according to your specifications or personalized requests.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods or expiring items).
  • Hygiene products or items that are unsealed after delivery for health or safety reasons.
  • Items that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

SACarAccessories reserves the right to deny returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Process

You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the items back to us. Please return them to the following address:

We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned items or confirmation of their successful return delivery.

Gifts

If the items you received were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the items were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had them shipped to themselves before giving them to you, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
